Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your EasySMX product in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
